Technical Account Manager
The Technical Account Manager will lead the end-to-end onboarding of clients, ensuring successful adoption of TRUE’s Mortgage Operations Service. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with key stakeholders to tailor solutions, providing technical support during the implementation process, and conducting client training to ensure optimal workflow integration. The role also involves addressing challenges in real-time, monitoring performance post-implementation, and driving continuous improvements to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, client relationship management, and stakeholder communication
- Technical skills in system implementation, process automation technologies, and understanding of AI-based tools
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to address technical and process challenges effectively
- Strong knowledge of mortgage operations, including loan setup, underwriting, processing, and closing, is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and effective time management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with industry systems such as Encompass and interest in AI-driven solutions is a plus
