Marketing Coordinator

As the marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team and carrying out planned marketing tasks and strategies. The responsibility of this position includes daily management of the firm’s digital assets, executing events (internal and external), compiling reports, and ensuring the daily marketing needs of the organization are fulfilled.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning and managing of trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings (in person and virtual) by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, assignments, and schedules for these events
  • Maintaining the firm’s digital assets and ensuring our corporate website is always updated with the latest content and information.
  • Assist the Marketing Director to implement and track a variety of campaigns, ensuring outstanding execution and collecting key findings.
  • Support with scheduling in core social networking sites including, but not limited to, posting content that aligns with our social strategy and objectives, responding to online feedback, and identifying new opportunities for engagement and channel growth
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure their marketing needs are being promptly addressed and make sure our inventory of support materials and resources is current
  • Help conceptualize and implement a market leading User Group, including the development of virtual events to generate thought leadership across our industry
  • Managing the logistics of all marketing related vendor relations, including the inventory and distributions of promotional materials

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Exceptionally strong communications, written, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor of Marketing/Communications or 3-5 years B2B marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and HubSpot

DevOps Lead

Job Responsibilities

  • Build a DevOps team attracting top engineering devops and security talent.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, implement, and support cloud solutions.
  • Set up technology services in the cloud that meet security, SLA, and performance requirements.
  • Keep technology services up and running, or quickly recover in the event of a failure.
  • Develop CI/CD processes to automate product deployments.
  • Use Chaos engineering to test our products under real-world conditions.


  • BS in Computer Science
  • 8+ years running production distributed applications at scale, including 4+ years in a management role.
  • Expert understanding designing and implementing systems in the AWS cloud platform (or GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
  • Track record embedding security into the fabric of an organization and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP).
  • Experience running databases such as SQLServer, MySQL, Postgres, Redis, etc in the cloud.
  • Strong communication skills to discuss devops plans with executive leadership, clients and stakeholders.

Cloud Application Architect

Job Description

  • Architect a solution for both SaaS and private cloud
  • Help revise workflow architecture for better cloud scalability
  • Ensure our solution runs on different Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
  • Take ownership of the security architecture
  • Oversee redesign of our REST API to address Cloud scaling and multitenancy
  • Manage team of Cloud developers (in-house or offshore)


  • Evaluate multiple cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP) and suggest best cloud platform(s)
  • Work with customers to evaluate needs and offer best architecture model
  • Experience with microservices, multi-tenancy, security, auto-scaling, user roles
  • 8-10 years of cloud architecture experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum
  • Ability to evaluate Compliance needs in the architecture
