Marketing Coordinator
As the marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team and carrying out planned marketing tasks and strategies. The responsibility of this position includes daily management of the firm’s digital assets, executing events (internal and external), compiling reports, and ensuring the daily marketing needs of the organization are fulfilled.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning and managing of trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings (in person and virtual) by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, assignments, and schedules for these events
- Maintaining the firm’s digital assets and ensuring our corporate website is always updated with the latest content and information.
- Assist the Marketing Director to implement and track a variety of campaigns, ensuring outstanding execution and collecting key findings.
- Support with scheduling in core social networking sites including, but not limited to, posting content that aligns with our social strategy and objectives, responding to online feedback, and identifying new opportunities for engagement and channel growth
- Work collaboratively with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure their marketing needs are being promptly addressed and make sure our inventory of support materials and resources is current
- Help conceptualize and implement a market leading User Group, including the development of virtual events to generate thought leadership across our industry
- Managing the logistics of all marketing related vendor relations, including the inventory and distributions of promotional materials
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Exceptionally strong communications, written, and organizational skills
- Bachelor of Marketing/Communications or 3-5 years B2B marketing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and HubSpot
