Ed brings decades of experience in financial services operations, including 16 years at Citibank where he led both consumer mortgage operations and correspondent lending operations. He has also spent several years working with startup companies, helping scale operations and guide businesses through key growth stages. Ed lives in Chicago and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. With deep expertise in mortgage manufacturing and operational efficiency, he works closely with TRUE’s customers to ensure the platform delivers measurable ROI across their organizations.
