Mark is a member of TRUE’s Board of Directors and manages the firm’s finance team, financial planning, and business strategy, in addition to cross-functional planning and the success of operational investments. For the past 25 years Mark has worked with high-growth technology companies in Silicon Valley, the East Coast and Israel, resulting in four IPO’s and several M&A exits. Mark is also a Clinical Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.
